"Yesterday Dec. 26th offices were still close for the Holidays, but Ms. Tammy from Dane's office gave me a quick call to answer a question I had about car rentals and gave me some advice. I really did appreciate her when she didn't have to on her holiday. Thank you so much again."

"I was a GEICO customer for over 34 years and was Never treated like a loyal customer. I spoke with Amber Collins yesterday to see if State Farm could help me. She was so friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about what I needed. Amber was able to switch me over and she made sure before she hung up, that I had everything I needed and understood everything. I am hoping to stay with State Farm for over 35 years!! I have told my children about Amber and they will give her a call after the holiday"

"Difficult to manage when in a pinch. Addressed a discount that wasn’t applied to my billing statement last period, and I was told multiple times it would need a few days to update and it never did. Followed up today with Kerri and I was verbally told it was applied, but of course i had to check my payment history and it was not. I brought this up a MONTH ago. They also kept a card on file that I did not agree to keep on file. Glad I decided to leave this insurance ."
