"Well, let me just say that I have had this insurance company for a long time now, and I have never felt so close to a agent like I do with Tammy. She is such a wonderful person. She takes time out to listen, and she has this personality that connects with her customers as a family member would do. If I ever thought of switching to another company Tammy would be the reason I would stay. "If you need Auto insurance please see Amber H Collins!!!!!! While in search for auto insurance I only got responses of high rates and dead end solutions to get the rate lower. "Don't really know where to start because I thought customer service and individual care was a thing of the past, but not with this agency, I am client of Patricks, who signed me up, he stays in touch, is always available, informative and very kind. This evening I for the first time needed Roadside, I was unable to reach Patrick, which is totally OK because we all have a busy lifestyle, but I was able to reach the roadside assistance through my State Farm app, It was the easiest stress-free thing I've ever had to do regarding my vehicle! They kept in touch with me. They made sure that the person arrived to take care of my dead battery, and the woman who did take care of my battery was outstanding kind and professional a few hours later I was sitting in my living room, my cell rang and It was an agent calling to check on me to make sure that everything was taken care of her name was Tami, She stayed on the line with me. She listened to me and she was the kindest person and was truly concerned about My well-being, I thought to myself this is beautiful and I felt like I actually had a company a business that truly cared about me, So yes, it can happen and State Farm, will never lose my business. Thank you so much Tami, For following up and being so genuine, it really means a lot to people who are alone."

"I switched insurance agencies and Patrick made the switch completely seamless. He is also super dedicated to accommodating his clients. I originally wanted to switch agencies 6 months ago, due to a past accident my rate was inflated but Patrick made sure to reach out again once my rate went down! "I was a GEICO customer for over 34 years and was Never treated like a loyal customer. I spoke with Amber Collins yesterday to see if State Farm could help me. She was so friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about what I needed. Amber was able to switch me over and she made sure before she hung up, that I had everything I needed and understood everything. I am hoping to stay with State Farm for over 35 years!! I have told my children about Amber and they will give her a call after the holiday"

"Difficult to manage when in a pinch. Addressed a discount that wasn’t applied to my billing statement last period, and I was told multiple times it would need a few days to update and it never did. Followed up today with Kerri and I was verbally told it was applied, but of course i had to check my payment history and it was not. I brought this up a MONTH ago. They also kept a card on file that I did not agree to keep on file. Glad I decided to leave this insurance ."
