"STATE FARM FOR THE WIN AGAIN!! I spoke with my favorite person Amber again today. Allstate had done me wrong yet again and my auto coverage had lapsed. I texted Amber and in no time I was able to get auto coverage again, and pay on my renters policy with ease. Amber had been listening to my grievances and concerns about Allstate for months now, but was eager to bring me some resolve and set me straight moving forward. I might be bias when it comes to State Farm but that's because I never have any issues or concerns. If you don't have life, renters, and auto with them, then please get it ASAP. I promise you won't be disappointed. THANKS AGAIN STATE FARM FOR MAKING THIS FAMILY MEMBER A VALUED CUSTOMER!!"

"It is not worth my time to go into a lengthy explanation as to the ineptitude and empty lame non answers that I received from these clowns. They pulled a classic bait and switch on a new policy to get me to move over to State Farm and then raised my insurance my homeowners policy 418$ with no clear explanation as to why. When pressed for details Jennifer blubbered like Moby Dick that had been harpooned with I'm sorry and I apologize was all she could spew on me. Sorry is a fitting description here !!"
