"I haven't actually had the opportunity of meeting Dane yet, but the interactions that I've had with his office manager Valerie are the only reason I am still a Statefarm client at the moment! And I judge a lot based on how a business Profesional chooses those who represent them! So my gut tells me that Dane is on top of his game because you won't find better than Valerie. I was transfered to this branch when my previous agent, Larry Taccone, "stepped aside..." and I have to say that Valerie has begun to restore my faith in state farm. Not an easy task either, as my last agent spent years chipping away at this! And, he actually cost me money on several occasions! And I wish that was an exaggeration... Being assigned to this branch helped me believe in customer service from my agent again! There really are some Statefarm branches left out there that are willing to take a phone call, and actually find you an answer to a question! I was missing that for way too long elsewhere!"
